Denis Saunders MBA, BSc(Hons)
Educated at Imperial College, London University Denis moved to the City to implement systems and controls for such names as Security Pacific, Union Bank of Switzerland, Banque Indosuez and Barclays de Zoete Wedd. From 1990, Denis provided consultancy to the DfEE and set up Calibrand (then called TECSYS) to provide services in testing and tracking people.
Denis is currently a member of the Real Time Club, an organisation involved in setting the strategic thinking for the IT industry and regularly speaks at conferences throughout the world.
Patrick J Cullen FCCA
Trained as an accountant, Patrick has worked in government training and commercial organisations. Previous activities include implementation of budgetary control and accounting systems for two multi-million pound turnover companies. With Calibrand, Patrick has managed or directed a number of Calibrand Test implementations, namely John Charcol, Barclays, NFU Mutual, Royal Liver Assurance, Chartered Institute of Bankers, Bank of Scotland, and CGNU.
Geoff Chapman MCIM, MSc, Chartered Marketer
Geoff has over 15 years international management experience, over 10 years of which has been in sales and marketing. He has worked in 15 countries and has delivered speeches on e-Assessment in the USA, Europe and the UK. Most recently he managed clients such as Microsoft, Oracle and Sun coupled with marketing management in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
A graduate of both University of Salford and Staffordshire University, Geoff is an active member of the Association of Test Publishers, the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds Chartered Marketer status, the profession's highest distinction.
Jim Fleming (Non-Exec)
Former Head of Authorisation at the Financial Services Authority and managing a team of over 70 professional and administrative staff responsible for the authorisation of firms applying to conduct investment, banking, or insurance business under applicable legislation. Before this position, Jim has worked in a senior level at Investment Management Regulatory Organisation (IMRO), Securities and Futures Authority, Toro Petroleum Ltd, based in Monaco, Kaines Ltd, Philipp Brothers, Banque National de Paris, and Chase Manhattan Bank. A graduate of Georgetown University and former USAF captain, Jim currently lives in London.
